We prepare the ingredients on the work table.
Slice 3 pieces of mozzarella.
Finely chop the pressed ham.
Finely chop the washed pepper.

We take the buns, cut them on top (like a lid) and remove the core.
Place a slice of mozzarella, pepper, carrot, ham and an egg.
Sprinkle cheese on each bun.
