Pike caviar salad
I received some pike caviar from tulcea
- 3 tablespoons pike caviar
- juice from half a lemon
- 300 ml oil
- 3 tablespoons mineral water
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pike caviar salad:
Put the eggs in a bowl and rub with the juice of half a lemon with a wooden spoon. Add the oil in a thin line, being careful not to cut it. When it feels thicker, add 1 tablespoon of mineral water. When it's ready, eat it with gusto.
