Everything made in the house is tastier, isn't it?

  • 3 kg of pork, with fat (not too much!)
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • 120 ml white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • large intestines of pork
  • oil

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Homemade sausages:

The night before the sausages are prepared, the finely cleaned and finely chopped garlic is soaked in wine;

Chop the meat, add the garlic mixture with wine, salt and pepper (to taste) and knead well;

Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours and check for salt and pepper;

Put the pork intestines on the oiled funnel and fill it with the minced meat, taking care not to be too thick;

Leave to cool for 12 hours, then dry;

If you can, you can also smoke them, with natural smoke; if not, put them in the freezer until you need them.
