Dessert apple pie
Wash the apples very well, put them on the large grater, put them in a preheated pan.
Add the sugar, cook the apples for about 10 minutes until they soften and the liquid disappears. Turn off the stove, put the cinnamon, mix very well and let it cool.
For the dough:
Cut the butter into small pieces at room temperature and put it in the food processor, together with the powdered sugar, mix at low speed, then increase it and mix for 2-3 minutes.
Add eggs, one by one, sour cream and continue to mix.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and salt powder and vanilla essence.
The dough is transferred to the work table, sprinkle with flour and knead until a non-sticky dough is added.
Cut in half, spread the first sheet.
Put the first sheet in a tray lined with baking paper, put the apple composition on top and cover with the last sheet of dough.
Place in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Allow to cool, then cut and sprinkle with sugar!
