Easter desert


Put the flour in a bowl and mix with lard or margarine (depending on what is used). Add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, egg, and finally, add flour. Knead until the desired composition is obtained.

On one side of the dough, spread a sheet in the baking tray.

The rest of the dough is kept to make grills over the liner.

Over the spread sheet, mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Over them, one egg yolk is placed one at a time, stirring continuously with the mixer, to make a paste. This liquid composition is poured over the sheet in the tray, and from the rest of the dough, grills are made that are placed over the cheese.

Bake the tray for 45 minutes.

The picture also shows my little girl enjoying this delicious Linzer.
