  • 375 g flour,
  • 330 ml beer,
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 sachet of baking powder,
  • 150 g melted butter,
  • 4 teaspoons sugar

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Sift the flour over which we add the baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix them with a whisk and then mix with the melted butter

Add the beer and mix. We will get a fairly sticky dough that we place in a form (we used a round shape with a diameter of 24 cm) greased with butter.

Put in the oven heated to 170 degrees for an hour, until nicely browned on top.
