Chicken fingers

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.

In a bowl, break the two eggs, add salt and pepper to taste and mix gently.

We pass the meat strips through the flour and then through the beaten eggs.

We put them in a pan, in hot oil, until they brown evenly.

(The fire must be medium, otherwise it dries excessively).

Serve hot with garlic sauce (or as you like).
